Installation

A script on the site. The button appears in the lower right corner.

Configure the website, WhatsApp phone number, button title, and initial message in the ADMIN. When the widget is active, copy the script to the site when it does not load automatically via integration.

Do I need to know how to program to install it?

Not necessarily. When the store integration already loads the widget, the installation can be automatic. On self-hosted sites, just paste the script provided in the dashboard.

Where do I configure the title, phone number, and initial message?

These data are configured in the WPP Marketing ADMIN. The script uses this information to open the conversation with the defined number and message.

Does the widget interfere with checkout or the store theme?

No. The widget only adds a floating button that opens WhatsApp. It does not alter checkout, cart, theme, or purchase flow.

Can I use it on landing pages and sites outside e-commerce?

Yes. The script can be used on pages where you want to create a direct entry to WhatsApp conversation, as long as the domain allows code insertion.

Does the button open automatic support?

The widget opens the WhatsApp conversation with the configured initial message. After that, support follows the active rules and automations in operation.

Can I use a different WhatsApp number than the connected one?

Ideally, use the number configured for the operation in WPP Marketing, avoiding customers entering through channels not tracked by automations and reports.
