No. The integration connects current operation events from Nuvemshop to WPP Marketing. The checkout remains the store's checkout.

Which events can trigger messages?

The integration works with commercial events such as customer created, cart created, abandoned cart, order created, order paid, shipped, and canceled.

Does the integration recover abandoned carts?

Yes. When the abandoned cart event reaches WPP Marketing and automation is active, the customer may receive a WhatsApp message with reminder and return link.

Can I also send order and shipping messages?

Yes. WPP Marketing can send messages for order created, payment approved, shipment, tracking, cancellation, and other moments configured in the panel.

Does the integration import store customers?

When allowed by the integration, store customers and events feed the WPP Marketing database for automations, campaigns, tags, and reports.

Do I need to use the official WhatsApp API?

The store integration is separate from the WhatsApp connection. You can use the official option with CoEx/coexistence or the quick connection available in the dashboard, depending on the operation scenario.

How do I track if the messages worked?

The dashboard and reports show messages sent, deliveries, reads, errors, executed automations, sales, and payments associated with the messages.
