Are APIs and webhooks the same thing?

No. The Events API receives events from the store or ERP to trigger automations. The Messaging API sends messages. Feedback webhooks inform the external system about delivery, reading, errors, and other statuses.

When should I use the widget?

Use the widget when you want to place a WhatsApp button on the current site to start conversations from product pages, support, quotation, or assistance.

Can I use more than one integration at the same time?

Yes. An operation can combine a plug and play store, API Developer, feedback webhooks, WhatsApp widget, and official or quick WhatsApp connection.

What if my integration does not exist yet?

You can use the Events API to send events from your ERP, customized store, or proprietary system without relying on immediate native integration.
