The setup uses the In2 Cart Recovery & Notifications plugin on WordPress and credentials generated in the WPP Marketing dashboard.
STEP 01
Install and activate the integration plugin on a WordPress store with active WooCommerce.
STEP 02
In the WPP Marketing dashboard, open WooCommerce integration and copy the Events API endpoint and account token.
STEP 03
Access WooCommerce > In2 Cart Recovery, enter the API URL, paste the WPP Marketing token, and save the setup.
STEP 04
Activate cart, abandoned checkout, orders, payments, shipment, cancellation, and customer events according to the operation.
STEP 05
Use the connection test and monitor sent messages, deliveries, errors, automations, and associated sales in WPP Marketing.
